Check-In Details for Montreal Participants

• Time: Check-in at 9:00 AM. Arrive 15 minutes early for check in (buses depart on time)

• Location: Gare d’autocars de Montréal, 1717 Rue Berri, Montréal, QC H2L 4E9

• Parking: Paid parking is available nearby at 1664 Rue St-Hubert ($18/day).

Step into a snowy forest and let the adventure begin! Our snowshoe event is designed with kids in mind—an exciting way to explore the magic of winter on little feet. Perfect for first-timers, this fun-filled trek lets young adventurers discover the joy of stomping through snowy trails while learning about nature along the way.

With kid-sized snowshoes available and an easy-paced route, it’s an experience the whole family can enjoy together. Bundle up, grab your gear, and let’s turn the forest into a playground of winter fun!

What do I wear?

Here are a few tips to help. Layer up. It helps with temperature change. Wear 3 layers.

• 3 layers: base layer (long sleeve dry fit or merino wool)  Mid layer (fleece or breathable sweater)  Outer layer (wind breaker, waterproof jacket) *Layer your clothing and dress in appropriate winter wear.

• Snow pants

• Waterproof/Warm gloves or mittens (pro tip: mittens are warmer) 

• Warm hat (that can fit under a helmet)

• Neck warmer or Balaclava 

What do I bring/pack?

• Extra pair of gloves

• Extra pair of socks

• Light backpack or hip pack

• Water and light healthy snack

• Lunch
