Afro Ski & Après
Meet us at Mont Tremblant for Afro ski followed by BLK WinterFest’s Après-Ski—Quebec’s only event amplifying Black community in winter. To kick off BLK WinterFest 2027, we’re doing it up like only we can. Endless vibes, non-stop music, and Black joy on full display! With live DJs playing the best in Afrobeats, join us for a full day of celebration at Mont Tremblant ski resort.
Come for the slopes, stay for the vibes. New to skiing? Our beginner ski lessons will get you started with confidence, at your own pace.
If you’re already comfortable on the mountain, join Community Riders Guiding. Choose your trail, from beginner to advanced, and we’ll pair you with a guide so you can ride freely, feel supported, and make the most of every run before the Après-Ski.
Carve the slopes, soak in the views, or head straight to the party. Your winter begins here.

What to Wear
It’s a mountain day, so be sure to layer up. The weather changes fast.
3-Layer System:
Base: Long-sleeve dry-fit or merino wool
Mid: Fleece or breathable sweater
Outer: Waterproof or insulated jacket
Plus:
Snow pants
Waterproof or warm gloves/mittens (Tip: mittens are warmer)
Warm hat (that can fit under a helmet)
Neck warmer or balaclava
For Skiers/Snowboarders:
Knee-high ski socks (merino wool recommended)
Ski goggles or sunglasses
What to Pack:
Extra gloves & socks
Light backpack or hip pack
Water bottle & healthy snack/s
Hand warmers
Phone/camera for photos & your favorite playlist
Optional: extra lunch & snacks
